ages 4.5-7
This class, designed for our young beginner tappers, will work on elementary tap steps, coordination skills, and gain an increased awareness of musicality and rhythm.
tap one INT
ages 5-8
Prerequisite: 1 to 2 years of formal training
This class, designed for our young tappers, will work on elementary tap steps, coordination skills, and gain an increased awareness of musicality and rhythm.
tap one ADV
ages 6-8
prerequisite: Tap one and permission of instructor
This class will follow the syllabus of Tap one INT at a more advanced level.
tap 2
ages 7-10
prerequisite: completion of beginning levels or permission of instructor
This class is designed to refine tap skills, while moving beyond the basics of tap. Students will put the fundamentals to work by learning new steps, rhythms, patterns, and combinations.
tap 2 ADV
ages 8-12
prerequisite: completion of Tap 2 or permission of instructor
This class will follow the syllabus of Tap 2 at a more advanced level.
tap III ADV
prerequisite: completion of tap 2 ADV and permission of instructor
This class will emphasize the importance of technique and musicality. Students will learn to use their whole body when tap dancing: to loosen their ankles, work from their hips, incorporate and use their arms, engage their core, and feel the groove throughout their body and soul. A variety of genres and styles of music are used in class to highlight creative and distinct rhythms. Students learn to clap rhythms, sing rhythms, and count rhythms and will be challenged to think outside of the box.
tap Four
prerequisite: permission of instructor ONLY

INT Tap Technique & Improv
prerequisite: for students enrolled in Tap 2/2 ADV, tap III ADV
This class is designed to build upon your regular tap technique class by furthering technical skills, learning new "trick" steps, and to dive into tap improv skills.

prerequisite: for students enrolled in tap four or ePIC tap
This class is designed to build upon your regular tap technique class by furthering technical skills, learning new "trick" steps, and to dive into tap improv skills.
