modern one
ages 9+ and enrolled in ballet for at least 2 years
A perfect introduction to modern dance, this class focuses on foundational techniques such as contraction and release, floor work, and expressive movement. Dancers will explore musicality, spatial awareness, and creative expression in a supportive and imaginative environment.
modern 2
ages 11 to 15
ballet class is required.
This level builds on the basics with more complex movement phrases, improvisation, and an introduction to modern dance pioneers and styles. Dancers will deepen their understanding of technique while developing their own artistic voice through guided exploration and choreography.
modern III
ages 12-17
For intermediate dancers with a solid foundation in modern technique, this class emphasizes dynamic movement, emotional expression, and performance quality. Students will work on longer combinations, partner work, and improvisational tasks that challenge both body and mind.

An advanced modern class for dancers ready to refine their technique and artistry. This level focuses on fluid transitions, grounded movement, and choreographic complexity. Dancers will be encouraged to take creative risks and develop their own movement language through composition and improvisation.
